EAS is providing transportation and highways advice to Mulalley and One Housing Group as part of the team that has been named as the preferred partner for Enfield Council’s £80 million regeneration of the Ladderswood Estate in Enfield.
Wrest Park
EAS has been involved with Wrest Park for a number of years and previously had completed a Transport Assessment for the proposed improvements to provide a robust prediction of weekly, weekend and annual peak traffic flows.
Henley in Arden
EAS provided transportation and highways advice to Taylor Wimpey West Midlands for the redevelopment of the Henley-in-Arden Cattle Market for 42 new homes.
Heartwood Forest
EAS provided transport, planning and development advice including detailed design, contract preparation and site supervision for Heartwood Forest located in Sandridge, near St Albans in Hertfordshire.
Cambridge Mosque
EAS was commissioned by Bidwells on behalf of the Muslim Academic Trust to prepare a Transport Assessment for a proposed purpose-built mosque in Mill Road, (Romsey) Cambridge City.
RSPB Cliffe Pools
The RSPB is the largest wildlife conservation charity in Europe with over one million members. EAS was appointed to design and oversee implantation of a car park for the first phase of thier 234 Ha site at Cliffe Pools in Kent.
