Hall Farm Feltwell

EAS prepared detailed design drawings for construction purposes for a housing development of 19 dwellings, located in the village of Feltwell, in Norfolk.

The development also comprised the conversion of barns. The conversions have been used to influence the design of the twelve additional newly built homes.

EAS provided highway and drainage design input to the scheme, which included a sustainable drainage system making use of the chalk bedrock. The site includes the use of permeable paving and crate soakaways in order to discharge surface water runoff.

EAS undertook all n necessary permissions including the S278 Agreement for works on the public highway, and a S104 and S106 for the adoption of foul drainage.

EAS are also working on a number of other detailed design scheme for small to medium size housing development. If you would like to discuss a project please do not hesitate to contact Stephen Adams by email at stephen.adams@eastp.co.uk, or Marianna Dyason at marianna.dyason@eastp.co.uk
