Permitted Development Rights Applications, Streatham
EAS has provided a large number of assessments to support permitted development applications for conversion of offices to residential flatted development in the London Boroughs.
One example of this is Norwich House in Streatham. EAS prepared a Transport Assessment to support the change of use; with a major part of the assessment being the justification of the number of parking spaces based on surveys, Census data, and local public transport accessibility levels. A Residential Travel Plan was also prepared to help support future sustainable travel patterns for the new residents.
After helping the original developer secure the permission under permitted development rights, EAS are now assisting another developer at the same site with a new residential layout.
