West Drayton, Hillingdon

The West Drayton project was for the construction of 51 residential flats with 152 sqm retail outlets  and a cafe of around 130 sqm on the ground floor,  highstreet frontage split between two premises. To ensure car parking levels met with Hillingdon’s requirements a number of parking stackers were proposed. EAS prepared the Transport Assessment, Flood Risk and Drainage Statement as well as liaised with Hillingdon Highways to undertake a Stopping Up process for three areas of redundant highway space.
