Joe is a Registered Architect, who then specialised in Transport Planning and Highways. Joe read an undergrad degree in Architecture and Civil Engineering in Malta, and then furthered his studies achieving a Master degree in Transport at the Imperial College/UCL intercollegiate course, in London in 2010. Joe always uses his previous architectural experience when considering a new project, suggesting refinements to proposals that combine highway regulation to architectural design, being also specialised in Highway Geometry, Access Design, Junction Modelling and Report writing. Originally from Malta, Joe has previously worked with the national transport agency in Malta, within the UK urban design sector, and for the past 7 years in medium-sized transport consultancies in London and the South-East. Joe’s most recent experiences have been mostly around the Home Counties (South-East of England), including the North London boroughs, Hertfordshire, Essex, Cambridgeshire and Kent, but have also worked on schemes in the Midlands, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
