Development in London is required to comply with the Mayor’s Healthy Streets approach. For moderately sized developments this requires a Healthy Streets assessment which involves walking between the site and nearby facilities such as public transport stops, shops and schools, reviewing the routes based on defined criteria and proposing improvements to make the streets ‘healthier’.

EAS has carried out many such assessments across Greater London for a range of development types to satisfy this requirement and support planning applications.
