Two applications were run conjointly with a 55 and 64 unit option. The access and car parking were complex due to level changes across the site and so numerous options were tested with Autotrack.
A significant level of public realm improvement was completed including servicing from Wembley Hill Road. Whilst EAS completed all of the Transport Planning requirements for this project we also completed all of the S278 detailed highway design works.
The scheme was granted planning permission and constructed in 2018. EAS continue to act as the Travel Plan Coordinator for this project.
